Overview
HolaTractor is a multi-sided agritech platform connecting farmers, tractor owners, agents, and businesses through a set of interconnected digital products.
As the sole product designer, I worked across the ecosystem from user research and information architecture to interaction design, high-fidelity UI, data visualization, and a shared design system.
The challenge wasn't designing a single product. It was creating four different experiences that could work independently while still feeling like one connected system.

The Challenge
One business. Four users. Completely different needs.
Farmers needed clarity across their agricultural activities. Tractor owners needed visibility into assets, operations, and financial performance. Agents needed fast access to frequent operational tasks, while businesses needed broader management and oversight.
Each user had a different context, workflow, and mental model.
The challenge was to design four products around these differences without allowing the overall ecosystem to become fragmented.
The Solution
I approached HolaTractor as one ecosystem rather than four independent products.
Each experience received its own information architecture, navigation patterns, and interaction priorities based on how that user actually worked. At the same time, a shared design system established common foundations across color, typography, components, data visualization, and responsive behavior.
The result was a flexible product language that could adapt across mobile applications and desktop dashboards without forcing every experience to look identical.

Results
HolaTractor became a connected ecosystem of four products serving four distinct user types across mobile and desktop environments.
