Overview
Burger Mania is a mobile food-ordering concept designed around one simple idea: getting from deciding what you want to actually placing the order should feel quick and effortless.
The project explores the complete ordering journey, from browsing the menu and customising an item to reviewing the order and tracking delivery.

The Challenge
Food-ordering experiences often contain unnecessary friction between choosing an item and completing an order. Too many steps, unclear customisation options, or a confusing checkout can make a simple decision feel more complicated than it needs to be.
The challenge was to create a mobile experience that supported quick decisions while still giving users enough control over their order.
The Solution
I designed the experience around a streamlined browsing and ordering flow, with clear food categories, straightforward item customisation, an efficient cart, and a simplified checkout.
The experience also includes real-time delivery tracking so the journey doesn't end when the order is placed.
The checkout was reduced from five steps to three, creating a shorter path between cart and confirmation.

Results
The final concept demonstrated how reducing unnecessary steps can make a familiar mobile ordering journey feel significantly more direct.
The redesigned checkout reduced the flow from five steps to three, while the delivery-tracking experience extended the product beyond ordering into the post-purchase journey.
